I have a few too... Main consideration: they've come GOOD on everything... they've said ON TIME, the Business Plan is very credible and so are the Partners... The details will get filled in as we go BUT the main ingredients are already there including, I believe some financing... Remember, D. Smith is involved with a Venture Capital Company...
