If INEL didn't have big problems, resulting in a low stock price relative to assets and revenues, they would not be attractive as a potential takeover target. Eventually one of the more successful players....IM, MICA or INAC...will buy INEL. Its just a matter of who, when, and for how much.

At $4 a share the market is saying that INEL's core business is worth nothing (XLCT= $3, cash= $1.5). I have to believe that a business with $3.5 billion in annual revenues is worth something. Management has a big stake and is willing to do whatever is most beneficial to the shareholder.

You sound very knowledgable about this industry. What do you think will happen to INEL over the next year?
