The news came out after market close. I wonder if this is going to have a negative effect
at the open tomorrow. I just wonder what the estimates were. Most of the lose was attributed
to r & d. Let me know what you think after you read report.

I was able to pick up more of ARC after I finally sold my position in LTX. I had to take a loss
but it was time to move on. Talk to you later....regards
