Are the passengers showing loyalty to Harte ?

Yes. Almost 100% loyalty. McGills buses run empty and most people wave them by. I don't. I stop them, and tell the driver I don't like his bus company, and then waving them on.

This sort of thing will happen world wide. Injustice in all sorts of business. Until the average consumer and taxpayer gets off their butt and starts to do something about it.
