I believe most colleges make you sign an honor code- it's a contract, and if you sign it, you agree to it. I don't believe there is a constitutionally protected right to insult people if it is against your school's honor code. You might be able to argue that your school is "the government" (because remember, con law only applies to the government- people forget that all the time), but I doubt it. Where did the incident occur- public college or private?
