Regarding your comments on sales Parts for Java:

I've been to Frys, Egghead, Computer City, and TZone, several trips each, over the last two years. I have seen two (2) boxes of Parts for Java, one at Egghead, one at Computer City. At Computer City, the box was one the bottom shelf, at the back, lying face down.

Everything else is a sea of green (J++) or yellow (Cafe').

Parc/Share can't move product through channels, and with collapsing earnings won't be able to retain a direct sales force because their reps won't be able to make a living. For the second quarter in a row, services were a greater part of the revenue mix, and by a growing percentage. That means more 45% (if they're lucky) gross margins in the future.

Add to this that the analyst community has stopped following the stock. We'll be lucky to see $1.50/share.
