You are correct. WCAP initially reported in early June that it owned about 450,000 shares in June. But yesterday's DJNS reported that WCAP now owns 1.7 million shares of COOL. By my calculations, a $15 offering price for COOL means an incremental market value of about $5/share for WCAP (from whatever WCAP's intrinsic value is before the COOL IPO).. What's good for COOL is good for WCAP and also DRIV & TSQD as: 1. COOL is a client of DRIV. 2. COOL's Internet IPO has strong institutional demand and could be a precursor for DRIV's IPO. 3. DJNS identified WCAP's relationship to COOL yesterday which indicates that we could see the same kind of media coverage the week of DRIV's IPO for TSQD.
