There's been chatter about that Questec had to get itself out from under Canadian and VSE regulations, particularly regarding press releases. I don't know how accurate the story is, but this Wyoming incorporation is consistent with this. Who is Derek Donaldson? If this company were making SEC filings, we would know. ;-) Pý p.s.
