Hi Mary Re: "Beat down the numbers and then surprise - we beat estimates by a penny or two and we repeat the process." I agree with you. I would much prefer if Intel would be more conservative, sort of like our friends in Redmond (okay, maybe not quite that extreme, but you get the idea.) It appears to be an easy formula to follow (but maybe it's not?) Still, Redmond has this down pat, so I am a bit confused why it's not duplicated here. Let the analysts think it's doom and gloom. IMHO that formula works better and would make me feel more comfortable. Best, Amy J
