TD, Ho-hum, another server-based solution. Surely, you know Wave isn't interested in the server side of the equation? Besides, remember that the security aspects of the meter are gravy, the metering is the meat and potatoes. Ah yes, but they retooled a significant portion of Embassy functionality to provide additional security benefits (requested by OEMs) right? Yes, but its all a charade to drive demand for the bundled meter that lives on the same chip. That strategy may be on hold for now. If Wave can reach critical mass thru full-scale deployment, security firms will have the installed based to build their total e-commerce solution by developing their own Embassy service. These client-side services can then seemlessly tie in to their own server-side solutions. As tattoo would say, De-ploy...De-ploy... ---Slate
