Maximize Management Corp., the Manager of Maximum Energy Trust, announced today the resignation of Mr. James V. Esposito, Vice-President Operations effective February 19th, 1998. Going forward, Mr. Esposito's duties and responsibilities will be assumed by Mr. S.S.(Jim) Yip, Vice-President Engineering.
Maximum's production and operations are performing as forecast and all of Maximum's 1998 budgeted capital projects have been substantively completed. In light of the excellent state of Maximum's operations and Mr. Yip's production and operations background, these new responsibilities will be assumed seamlessly.
Maximum continues to seek acquisition opportunities which complement the longest reserve life asset base in the conventional oil and gas sector.
Glenn C. Proudfoot, President & C.E.O., stated "Mr. Esposito's contribution was, in a word - meritorious and we wish him continued success in his new endeavours."
