Sankar, it does not have to be four largest, it can be 40 medium. So what? Suckers only dream of getting rich for no reason or effort of their own, it can shock them, but historically it won't be even close to some of bigger busts. No disaster, just a shock. Recall, that in the event under discusion, 30% of $24,000B = $7,000B of equity values will be lost overall, so a few banks busted won't be big deal.

BTW, <<Customer assets at Yamaichi totalled 24 trillion yen ($190 billion) at the end of September>> $24B is just bad loans, not customers' assets.
