Hello Kshitij Doshi, I recall reading in Barron's early last year that the board members at NOVL were one of the higest paid. With the average member making about $75,000/year, NOVL board members were receiving close to $150,000/year.
Based on my knowledge, the board members at NOVL have been around too long and change has taken place very slowly if any. Groups like this tend to stick together very closely in fear of losing their lucrative bonuses. NOVL is very closely knitted. This is not good for a company under turmoil.
