PR forgot reason #6: Bronco's won SuperBowl (my fault, I was cheering for them inspite of the TA concequences to the market.) I was there 15 years ago in the stadium when Elway won his first NFL game. (My presence had as much to do with his win as the SuperBowl outcome has to do with the direction of the market.) All these incidental coincidences have just as much to do with the CREAF PE < 10. Basically the FA just isn't compelling enough yet to attract much buying -- that's the hard truth.
