Animal "emissions" can be captured through the new Al Gore's federally-subsidized Flatulence Super-Fund and used to heat political offices worldwide, i.e. if animal rights activists will let him do it.

Donations from dairy and sheep farms have been flowing in lately through various bank accounts in HK, Macao and Lippo Bank and Buddhist temples in the Deep South.

P.S. By the way, Ted Turner wants to run for the US presidency in 2000 ... so, why not? Jane Fonda will become the new DefSec in Jan. '01.
