Hi Gina, By the way i watched the fed court yesterday and that highly touted Laurence Tribe didnt make one salient point. He was an embarrassment acting as a liberal for liberals sake only. This 11 member panel was overwhelmingly democrat appointed and came to this unanimous(i didnt see a dissent although i am not sure on whether the actual vote was announced) verdict. mike
