ROBERTSCHROEDER FISCAL POLICY REPORTER House Speaker Paul Ryan called Tuesday for a "pause" in admitting Syrian refugees into the U.S., in the wake of the attacks in Paris. Ryan, a Wisconsin Republican, told reporters it would be prudent to guard against any possible infiltration by ISIS, and said a task force is drafting legislation. At least one of the Paris attackers entered Europe among the current wave of refugees, and several U.S. governors have said they will not admit Syrian refugees.
