Rice demoted Clarke and didn't listen to him, the #1 counter-terror expert in government. How can you say she carried on the CT program of Clinton. She ignored terrorism. Wasn't even going to mention it in her speech on 9-11 and never mentioned it once prior to that. Neither did Bush of Cheney or Rumsfeld. They're all total liars and should apologize to the 9-11 victims families if they have a decent honest bone in their bodies.
