Joe,
I have to agree with all that we shouldn't issue more shares to finish the Locus deal, however Locus can add significantly to shareholder value. Remember Locus has "real or hard" revenues to offer us right now- no "ramp up" and no capital expenditures needed to realize these revenues. It was over a year ago that Cyberfax announced its $7.5 million contracts and we have yet to realize revenues as we continue to "ramp up". This is not a knock against Cyberfax, I still believe
strongly in this division. I also feel we'll see revenues from the TWC contracts before another year passes. My point is that this is the way business goes and having an instant stream of revenues from Locus is something of value to us and any potential buyer of DCI.

Now how can we still get Locus without the shares? One way would be to get the financing Joe Murphy is looking for, and then to buy out Locus for cash (probobly for less $ than with the shares figured in).
Another option may be a strategic alliance with Locus that will lead to a merger when the whole company is sold. Regardless of how Locus is handled, I feel that it can definitely add to shareholder value and after all that's what this is really all about.
