I'm unclear about one thing from the conference call. If the gain on the Fab sale was to be recorded in the first quarter, why did they state that the first 2 quarters they would lose money? The Fab sale is going to be a big gain. Does this mean they are expecting a huge operating loss? The only other thing I can think of is that the Fab gain will be an extraordinary item (I'm sure it will) and they are excluding that when they talk about the loss for the next quarter and are talking just about operations.
