Ray,

It looks to me like Telebit may contest (if they are not getting anything now) based on what I read. However, being neither a lawyer or an EE, I will not even begin to guess what the outcome would be. My first impression to the Telebit patent is that it is vague. On the other hand the little that I've seen of the Amati/Cioffi patents encourages me. They are far more specific.
