Excellent idea. Seems simple enough given todays computing power.

While you are at it, can I get some interest or other remuneration when my shares are borrowed and sold against my best interests, without my implicit consent.

The rightful owner of the shares should never ever have to take a backseat to the borrowing seller. We've all invested in companys where we needed to sell for whatever reason. Yet our sell is out there competing for buyers with non-owner sellers. Forcing the rightful owner and investor to receive less due to excess supply created over demand. Is that right?

With Dave's ESST, almost another $350 Million company has been created for buyers through selling of these borrowed shares. Thats $350 Million worth of buying that DID NOT benefit the rightful investors in ESST. Somebody owns that $350 Million of stock right now, but it wasn't bought from an ESST investor.

Sure the game of musical chairs with these shares eventually stops, but how many righful owners or investors get hurt or scammed or pickpocketed in the meantime?
