WorldCom and Enron are GOP-friendly companies. Enron was GW's biggest contributor by far. They ran GW campaign opertions out of their offices and let him use their private jets. Trent Lott and Haley Barbour are WorldCom's main lobbyist-leaders from Mississippi where they are based. WorldCom gave Lott a million bucks personally for his "library" then Barbour's brother, a judge down there, quashed the stockholder's lawsuit against WorldCom. Barbour was the main lobbyist for big polluters before he became governor. Yes GW ought to give the Enron money back. It belonged to employees Enron ripped off.
