Ricky -- Thanks for your kind words. I've had a sleepless night trying to figure out where my information went wrong. I suspected the NN deal hit snags before Christmas, but thought they'd been fixed. What's important now is to look forward and figure out NN's value based on Lucent's offer to Ascend. I believe the market's been giving hints for the last few days. I also believe TM knows what he has and wasn't willing to give it away at the very moment the market's ready to explode. The story's only beginning. Pat
