Decade Resources (DEC-V) Sept 5, '14 is arranging to complete a private placement to raise proceeds of up to $250,000. It has been agreed that the offering will be comprise up to 1,388,888 units, at a price of 18 cents per unit. The units will comprise one common share and one share purchase warrant, each warrant being exercisable for the purchase of one additional share, at a price of 25 cents per share, for a two-year period.Proceeds of the offering will be expended on the company's Bow property located in the Stewart area of British Columbia.
