Besides you miss that extensive tax loss I'm looking at for 1998 should the company not fulfill its promises. I guess if someone insists on buying your lunch out of gracious hospitality, that then puts you square in his/her pocket?? Do you report that to the IRS when you go out for your power lunches? Are you so easily manipulated by the promise of a free meal that you naturally assume others are as well?? <wink>. Jeezus you're quite a comedian. The only thing I am guilty of is being an activist shareholder with a strong desire to see the company succeed and get its story out. I did too much and stuck my neck out too far. Never again. But that certainly isn't a crime. I bought all of our 5 figure stock position with personal funds and I there is no way that wining and dining me convinced me or my wife to do that. Would a "compensated" promoter do that?? If so, then I want my money back...:0) And since you know so much, you know that our position was far more costly than the price of a couple of dinners. We made that decision on our own based on the information that we possessed at that time. Again Ned, I see no need to discuss this issue here. If I have done something illegal, then I will get my chance to discuss it in front of a jury of my peers. And they have ALL THE FACTS, whereas you don't. Leave it to the justice system. I look forward to the discovery process that would be involved as I also have a lot of unanswered questions about what exactly went on last spring. Any intelligent individual (don't waste your time looking in the mirror) knows that I'm irrelevant to GRNO now. Only the company, its management, and the commercial viability of its technology are pertinent. Actually, I'm honored that you find me so integral to your scenario. Are you still suggesting that GRNO is a utter and complete scam?? If not, then just what are you saying Ned?? What's your ultimate point with this discussion?? Regards, Ron
