That would be quite an accomplishment, considering that in cases like these often it's the defendants who use delay to their advantage. So far, any boredom has come from 2 1/2 years of delay by Berber et al. I'd much rather have moved on to the interesting proceedings of discovery and trial long ago.

Maybe you bored them into submission.
