Jeepers, a whole share of STOR........Is that right or a typo....why would somebody sell one share of a $5 stock??

I am long STOR....have debated whether or not to average down...I bought at under $10 in my ira, watched it go to $23, did not sell, and now she is like $4 a share.....They announced a recent deal with brodcade, and I am hoping that STOR eventually recovers....at least to my buy price.......but the debate on whether I should buy more or not still rages on in my head..........
