I'll bet Nuke is crying in his beer right about now.

Just read on Stratfor that Britain has backed off from advocating a ground invasion. The defense minister is now claiming that he never was in favor of a ground invasion of Kosovo. The only ones in favor now are Nuke and Robert Barry.
