<<<Qwest? No Question

Qwest [Q] reported today that it has signed an agreement with IBM [IBM] to set up 28 data centers around the US in an effort to establish a greater presence in the lucrative business of offering website management services to large companies. This is yet another example of Qwest?s dedication to servicing high-growth data and Internet markets with insatiable demand. The stock is trading at attractive levels, and we recommend buying at or below $50 per share. We feel Qwest has put the Deutsche Telekom [DT] debacle behind it and the US West [USW] merger is its top priority (the merger looks like it will be completed by late fall).
