In completing the transaction, Meteor has issued 24.3 million shares to current ThoughtShare shareholders. These shares are subject to an 18-month escrow agreement under which 25% of the shares will be immediately released upon receipt of notice from the Canadian Venture Exchange of final acceptance and are subject to a 4-month hold period.
