I am stunned by the stupidity in the way that the street looks at earnings. Cube would never have purchased Divicom if it wasn't worth many times the purchase price. Looking at the numbers - the write off - Cube shows a loss. But that is pure accounting bullshit.

Divicom adds substantial value to Cube, and the fact that Cube can get a tax benefit from the deal makes it all the sweeter.

Cube is becoming an octopus with arms in all areas of video growth. What a company! Great company lousy stock right? Wait, it will be a great stock too!
