Alexander, one of my sisters has worked in an executive management position for over 20 years for a Dow component company. She has hit the glass ceiling, where her next promotion would be to a vice president. But this company has no female vice presidents. So, for the last 2 years they have been "Promoting" her horizontally. She's trying not to be bitter after more than 20 years of loyal service. Right now she is considering a lawsuit, contemplating the the odds of getting a large enough settlement to retire. She's 50 and doesn't want to start with another company at this point in time. This company may settle because as I said earlier, they're a Dow component, and have been getting a bad rap lately because of other issues. Colleen
