Speaking of a technical side, I just got back from Pittsburgh, where we upgraded our 4.1 servers to 4.11.. We did experience a problem on our HP Netserver where PCI cards that were sharing interrupts before suddenly decided they didn't want to share anymore. But other than that, all is great (more of a vendor problem, not netware). We're using NAL in most of our regional offices, and have been since October on 4.1. If our users travel between offices, they can log in by just plugging in their ethernet connection in the remote office. When they log in, it is no different than when they log into their own office, since the context is set and the drives are mapped back to their home server- EVERYTHING is transparent to the user, and requires nothing more than when they boot up in their home office.

Netware is a wonderful product. Management has problems at Novell, and their concern for shareholders is definitly not a priority, but anyone who uses Netware to it's potential, and sees it running in a company atmosphere will be very impressed.
