Yes, Canaccord underwrote this issue. CC received a fee for raising the capital in the form of paper. The actual wty's are held by a group of private investors as I recall (Can't tell you from which houses these investors trade out of.......That's the $64,000 question). Keep in mind that CC is also the MM on this play. Rule number one........Never watch the MM.......You'll get burned everytime.
