We are on the same page. I also think DOW 8000 is very likely at this point without an extraordinary event. The DOW has certainly broken below it's trading range.

Maybe DOW stocks were viewed as safe havens from evil technology. Due to so many seeking that safe haven maybe they became a little over priced given the economic outlook. So now we have the DOW and COMPX both in trouble. Bonds are certainly no bargain and who wants to buy corporate bonds that might be downgraded by D&B or S&P. That's been happening a lot this year.

The big question of the week. Where is the money going for safety now? Beaten down auto stocks, beaten down technology stocks, money markets, savings accounts, real estate, gold, oil?

All opinions are appreciated.
