Bernanke , just now " Can't rely on markets always being open and liquid"....Good point, I predicted years ago that there would be a derivative melt...I'm in liquid stuff now, just a tad in a commodity account....I wish someone would do a story on exactly what happened during the credit default melt. Exactly what instruments were used, how close we were to a lock down, etc.....I'm surprised the banks and futures and options markets remained open during the melt, might not be the case in the future. That'd blow, have illiquid assets in a brokerage account.
