Gosh Ollie, I'm surprised you'd bring up Bentley. After all weren't you found in contempt of court re: Bentley? Weren't you ordered to file a notice of dismissal of all claims against Bentley? Weren't you ordered to pay attorney fees to Bentley or his representatives as well as pay the costs of bringing your motion? It seems to say so here ... or correct me if I'm wrong. bfscorp.net
