Any allies we have in the ME are our allies because we give them free WMDs. We call it foreign aid but it's like company scrip...only good for arms purchases. We get to maintain our position as the world's largest arms dealer and our stooge dictators get free weapons. What's not to like?

And it works across the board, we've used it for years in Israel, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and so forth. We need those ME wars so we can keep our WMD factories humming safely here at home. A foreign war is a happy war!
