I like ALGM. Do not own any yet. AEHR definitely is a potential buyout target. Patents and years of R&D give them too big a competitive advantage for anyone to compete. Yesterday I put a lot of cash to work buying Vanguard's Treasury Market Fund (VUSXX) yielding better than 5%. I feel like the market might be a bit overextended unless earnings turn out really good this quarter. If I am right I will take a deep dive on ALGM if it sells off. RtS
