It also is very apparent they are coordinating their messages to emphasize apps growth, availability of key new apps and web enablement at a time when MANY companies are planning how to spend their post-Y2K dollars. Once the project floodgates reopen, ORCL is perfectly poised to kick SAP in the groin. Smaller players like SEBL and PSFT should also feel it. ttf
