I don't think that is at all reasonable. First of all, I am not just going to turn over my shares with no premium. If I wanted $5 for my shares I would sell them today ont he open market. Also, if someone tries to buy shares on the open market, it is going to cause the price to rise. Realistically, this company will not be taken over for less than $10 a share, especially when cash and Fab are worth more than $250M.
