The Geneva Conventions are the international standard for the way prisoners are treated. Yes, I know there is some debate about the status of detainees, but some of them are not even adults yet, and some of them are innocent. So it is still a reasonable guide.

I care if foreign terrorists don't have the same privileges you and I have, because we cannot push our way of life on the rest of the planet if it is not somehow better than what they have already. Freedom is on the march? It must have gotten up and left America, because not as much of it is here anymore, you know?
