Michael, If 1/3 the fab is worth 72 mil, X 3 = 216 mil. + 100 mil in cash - 40 mil. for patents = 276 mil.- shareholder lawsuit? - 2 quarters of losses? lets round it to $250 mil. What is the buyer going to get for the other $250 mil. ? patents, engineers and some property. If they are lucky a couple of chip designs that will not be obsolete by the time they are released. I did not include the current products because they are loosing money on these products. S3 would be lucky to get $300 - $375mil. Stockroach
