As Lane pointed out, homicides were factored out across the board (and traffic fatalities). They didn't just remove OUR homicides and traffic fatalities. The US has a lot more homicides than most developed countries. And those have nothing to do with our health care system.

American health care improved compared to the rest it would not be something to shout from the roof tops...but be ashamed of.

American health care is likely already the best in the world. Its okay for us to be proud of that.

The American system would fair even better, if suicide, chronic deseases,Hiv/Aids, cancer and heart disease would be factored out but you would have to do the same for the rest of the developed nations so would point back to...why bother.

I assume suicide is considered a form of homicide. Chronic diseases, HIV, cancer and heart disease should be counted as they are affected by the health care system. I assume we're a little worse than most developed countries on HIV and heart disease, probably a little better on other diseases and cancer.

i know you will come up with something.<g>

I did. You just dismissed it out of ignorance. It doesn't fit what Michael Moore tells you.
