Funny that while in power they didn't care about energy or mergers but went after Microsoft in an industry which is guilty of consistently offering more for less. Is this a pattern that while in power the Democrats spend nothing on infra structure but allow it to run down? Then when the Republicans get in power and try to restore it the Democrats can claim look at the spending. The Democrats use the tax dollars to buy votes through increased social spending
