This may help to explain the WMT move, Peter - WMT and TGT downgraded at Bernstein -- time to take some profits Bernstein downgrades WMT and TGT to Mkt Perform from Outperform as both stocks are approaching firm's target prices and firm believes potential for positive earnings revisions is already embedded in valuation.
