Yes it is. 35 miles east of Reno on I80 near intersection of CA 89 at Truckee. Near the north end of lake Tahoe, the lake, not the town. The town of Lake Tahoe is on the south shore. The official name is Donner Pass Memorial Park, CA. Put it in a search engine and you get lots of stuff to look at.
