Wait, I'm not finished yet. Since the closure of the PP on Feb.19 the share values have averaged 0.22 Nothing near the 0.15 being offered once more. No wonder, share values have not been appreciating. As long as 15 cent shares can be dumped on the market, we aren't going any where.
