I've seen his citizenship discussed, but never the idea that the reason he is keeping both the birth cert AND the college transcripts under wraps is that he lied on the college apps to avoid paying higher tuition.

The implication is that he actually is a natural born US citizen, but that he defrauded the school system.

If you could point me to a link where it is discussed, I'd appreciate it.
